We do not have premiums for different areas of the body (below the waist is twice the price of doing it on the arm, and so on). Our prices are driven by size, and the type of work being performed. For home shopping purposes, you can use $15/square inch. That outta get you close, or at least give you a general idea about what you're going to spend.
